Since 1949 the company Korth Kristalle has experience in the field of crystal growth and the manufacturing of crystalline components. We can produce any quantity from a single crystal up to industrial volumes. Our products cover the whole range of the light spectrum (VUV-FIR) and are usually manufactured to our customers specifications. They include Optical windows, spherical lenses, prims, beam splitters, mirrors, filters, substrates, special components with coatings, holes, grooves, steps etc. We manufacture these using a large variety of crystalline materials, including Fluorides, other Halogenides, Oxides, glasses, Semiconductors.
An additional service that we can offer to our customers is the assessment of the materials with respect to their properties such as transmission, refractive index homogeneity and stress birefringence. We routinely monitor the specifications of optics in relation to surface roughness, wavefront distortion, flatness and centering.
